| Rolex 18k Cellini Queen Midas Ref. 4313!This is a great vintage 1970's 18k gold Rolex Cellini Queen Midas ref. 4313 with integrated bracelet and added diamonds out of an estate!The watch is in an asymmetrical 18k yellow gold case (24 mm at widest point) with integrated 18k yellow gold bracelet. The watch will fit a 6 3/4" wrist and there are two removable links. One of the screws that holds the bracelet onto the case is missing - see photos.
