The watch is beautiful with an incredible black with gilt writing dial. The chronograph works perfectly. One of the chronograph pushers is more worn than the other one. The original black dial with gold gilt writing is in very good condition.
eBay For sale is my LeCoultre manual-wind, step-case, gilt chronograph, likely from the late 1940sor early 1950s. The case is all stainless steel, is 36.5 mm in size without including the crown and has pump pushers. The hands are also gilt in color, matching the color of the numbers, signature and other markings on the dial. As you can see from the scans, the lugs are drilled making strap changes a bit easier. During this time period in JLC’s history, their watches which were sold to the United States market were typically branded just “LeCoultre” rather than Jaeger LeCoultre, so this one, presumably, would have been for the U.S. market. For sale is my Bovet manual-wind, bi-tonal chronograph, likely from the late 1940s. These oversized Bovet chronographs went under the 5347 reference number – the case on this example is signed with that reference on the case back. The case is all stainless steel, is 38 mm in size without including the crown and has pump pushers. The gray and black dial, as you can see from the scans, is truly spectacular, both in terms of the design and its condition. As you can also see from the scans, the lugs are drilled making strap changes a bit easier. The dial looks even nicer in person if you can believe it. RUNNING GOOD! This is a very rare watch. It's a Mono rattrapante chronograph. It has a normal mono chronograph on top pusher at 2 o'clock. Push to start,push to stop, push to reset. First you push top pusher to start as he is handing baton you push bottom pusher and hold in.

The watch in very nice condition from the 50's. Case do have a minor wear on the back rim. Both pusher operate nicely and the chronograph fuction the way it should be, Start, stop and reset to zero correctly.
A beautiful, rare and historically important pocket watch made by Bovet in c. 1889. The service history is unknown. I describe the watch as I see it. The water resistance is not tested. Unpolished silver 0.800 case.
Watch is in good condition for being preowned. Acrylic crystal, so it can be buffed by a watch maker to remove small scratches and blemishes. Dial appears to be in original condition, hands look like they may have been repainted.
